This weekend was a whirlwind. Saturday was my first official bake day. It all started midweek though... My first attempt *ever* to make homemade cinnamon rolls.
I never knew that kneeding dough could be so messy!

Yippee! It did was good dough does. I rolled it out, expecting 15 x 20. What I got was 26 by 30... Here's the roll, all filled with the good stuff:
Here they go, into the oven (after rising another 45 minutes):
And drum roll please.... Beautiful buns! :)
